KRATOM NEWS CONFERENCE: Dauphin County Coroner Graham Hetrick says the "public deserves to know that a product marketed as a safe herbal supplement is sitting on shelves at their local gas stations, carries the pharmacological profile of an opioid, and has been linked to deaths in the community."
